Texas Renegades punishment - Fordyford - 10-19-2019
Hello SHL,
For a plethora of issues relating to Patrick Brumm Jr., which have come to HO's attention lately, and in what is a very messy and unique situation but involves the following issues:
1. Failure to include Patrick Brumm Jr. on the budget despite him being on the team's lines
2. Failure to move Patrick Brumm Jr.'s player page to the Texas subforum
3. Failure to properly regress Patrick Brumm Jr. as required
dankoa and Jearim are fined $2,000,000 each, equivalent to this season's GM pay
Texas will forfeit a 3rd round pick in the S51 entry draft
As this is not the first time we have had to punish current Texas management, Texas management will be on a probationary period until the end of the S51 offseason, and any further breaking of the rules will result in termination until that point.
As always, Texas can appeal this punishment.

Definitely not, but we don't need to feel so bad for TEX here, they aren't really paying anything extra. Inconsistency makes no sense though, I don't see why this situation is different.

It isn't strictly related to a regression issue, and this is not the first time in recent history where Texas has had problems with their roster/lines/etc. So this situation is not the same as the others.
