HIRING; SMJHL Commissioner - Eggy216 - 11-17-2019
After four months at the helm, @Winter is Coming has decided that Winter is Going. He took over the SMJHL when we were in a period of quick turnover after grok had to leave, and has led the juniors through that rough patch into where we are today. We really appreciate everything he's done in the past few months and we wish him well in the future.
The responsibilities of the SMJHL Commissioner include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the SMJHL along with the other members of the SMJHL Head Office as well as making decisions on rules/regulations/etc. as they pertain to juniors.
If you're interested in taking over, please send me an application detailing your plans for the SMJHL and what you could bring to the role.

Congratulations to the new SMJHL commissioner, BadWolf! Badwolf has a rather extensive head office resume and is already highly regarded by the SMJHL GMs, so I’m excited to see what the future holds!
On an additional note, I’d just like to say how great it was to see such high quality applications for this job. It really shows how the perception of the juniors league has changed over the seasons and it’s always nice to see an application pool so strong that every candidate has a legitimate chance at the job. All of the candidates can be proud of the work they put into their apps in this cycle, and I don’t know if that’s ever been the case before where every candidate brings such a strong resume and ideas to the table.
