While this is obviously a problem should this prove to be a viable long term strategy, has it been proven that this is uncounterable and requires action against it? And if so, what kind of solution is preferable and fair?

idk if it's even good, just a slippery slope and i don't think this should be in our league at all. In theory agitators (if the other team has no goons) makes everyone on the other team do worse or w.e
