There's no point to having seperate TTCs when all skills are now available, so let's all train together!

Add to any skill, +3 per day (the +3 for each day must be in the same skill, but different days can have different focuses)
Rookies (S33 Draftees) get 7 days
Sophomores (S32 Draftees) get 5 days
Third - Fourth Year Players (S30/31 Draftees) get 3 days
Fifth+ Year Players (S29 or older) get 1 day
