Two goals, one coming from Sven Brokstad with helpers from Mete and Wong early on the power play. The second, from Marcus Shane, assisted by Stephens and once again, Mete. To close out the first, the Firebirds tuck on at 18:20 as Anders Christiansen gets his 4th goal of the season aided by Mueller and Picard.

2-1 Vancouver after one.

The again some minutes later, Dionýz Vyskoč puts one on the scoresheet to take the lead in the game for the first time! Joshua Woodcroft and his Whalers wasted no time to tie it back up although as he scores at 18:38 in the second. Just as everyone thought the period was over although, Kyler Gill scores to put PGF back on top with just mere seconds left in the period!

4-3 Prince George after two.

No goals scored whatsoever in the third but 18 shots were attempted on goal. 10 shots coming from vancouver eager to once again tie it up and 8 shots coming from PGF as they attempt to put the nail in Vancouver's coffin. Unsung Hero of the Night

Tonight's Unsung Hero of the Night award is brought to you by Scmitt's Gay. " If you've got a big thirst, and you're gay, reach for a cold, tall bottle of Schmitt's Gay."

Tonight's UHN goes to none other than the Prince George Firebirds Paddy Kane-Rielly. PKR put up an assist and a +1 rating while winning over 50% of his draws and logging nearly 25 minutes of ice time. This is PKR's first UHN award of the season, but we're sure we'll see him back here at some point.

Congratulations again to Paddy Kane-Reilly on winning this prestigious award.
