First I want to say i am extremely dissapointed in every person involved in this. If you mean it as a joke or not racism and religious bashing will not be tolerated in this league at all. What is a joke to some hits home very hard for others and we all need to respect that.

Now the suspensions Spangle will be suspended for the entire preseason and 10 games of the regular season for using the shl network to send a disrespectful picture to another member.

Secord will be suspended the entire preseason and 5 games for having a anti religious comment in a Sig that he had displayed.

The Rockstar will be suspended the entire preseason and 8 games for making the sig for secord.
