Coming all the way form an alternate timeline welcome Otter Von Bismarck! I've often seen questions of what would happen if dolphins could speak or had legs ect. Now what if otters had hockey sticks and skates? Obviously they would become an absolute force to be reckoned with. Now what if that otter was also a former German chancellor? Boom you hire him he's a stonewall in net he donates to ocean rehabilitation centers you save money letting him handle the teams finances he invades a country with his otter army.
