What type of player are you looking to create? (NHL Comparison): TJ Brodie, maybe even less of an inclination to shoot

Sim League Experience (WFL,VHL,SBA ect.): No other experiences
Why are You Interested in the Scarecrows?: They have had plenty of past success, and appear to have a good culture for improving upon my players skills.
