Again O'shea was 47th in D scoring and he became one of the best offensive D in the league without any powerplay time.

Sucks that this award has became so forward driven.

Blackwood over there with a 30 point improvement just like:

Still a 23 point improvement from a D is far more impressive. Barrett wasn't a top fifteen forward for points. O'Shea was 6th in Points scoring.

Also Blackwood played in a inferior conference where its easier to get points and his improvement was basically because he played on the PP.

You could argue that Shea piggy backed off the success of a dominant Hamilton team that featured one of the highest goals for in the history of the league. There’s arguments for and against every player if you look hard enough.

Ya but Shea lead all defense in even strength scoring. He was a difference maker 5 on 5, and was maybe one of the reasons why Hamilton had one of the highest goals for in the history of the league.

No RoTY nom.

I'm not saying there was fraud, but this is the greatest fraud in the history of our site and the election was stolen.

Next up is the Lance Uppercut Award – given to the best GM of the season. This season we have three well deserved teams up for nomination:

Atlanta Inferno Inferno – hotdog and goldenglutes had an excellent first season as an expansion team, cleaning up in free agency, and securing 2nd in their conference! Atlanta surprised many by winning their first round playoff series against the New Orleans Specters as well!

Hamilton Steelhawks Steelhawks -  hallsy and gwdjohnson had an impressive offseason, recovering from the loss of Guy Zheng and Tig Murphy by securing top offensive talents in Michael Scarn and Theo Morgan! The team also made offseason trades for Ray Bork and Guy  O’Shea. All of this cumulated in Hamilton dominating the league en route to a season where they lost only 10 games. To further their nomination, they also won the S56 Challenge Cup!

Chicago Syndicate syndicate - Chicago had a stellar season, finishing second in their division, and third in the league overall. The GMs made a huge offseason acquisition of Disisde Dayudie, and the team had their best season ever, looking like serious contenders.

Thanks Wasty, Carpy, JSS, TurdFerguson, Geekusoid and Awesomecakes for the sigs!
