A punishing defenseman for the West Kendall Platoon. Bojo Biscuit is most known for today as the award for best defensive defenseman. For good reason. Apart of the legendary S20 draft class, Bojo was drafted 2nd OA to the West Kendall Platoon. Staying a part of the franchise his whole career, and becoming one of their best GMs of the franchise as well. Bojo Biscuit however, has become a legend in the SHL for being the youngest player to have earned being named to an SHL award. So let's see what kind of career Biscuit has had.

His first season in the SHL was S20, when he got drafted. Immediately making an impact for the Platoon. Scoring 1 goal,21 assists for 22 points. Biscuit had 136 hits and 81 SB his rookie season too. Enough to earn him a Ryan Jesster nomination. He was also 5th in hits by a defenseman, and 3rd in shots blocked by defensemen.

S21 he continued to progress offensively, but regressed defensively . Scoring 6 goals, 29 assists for 36 points. Although only 101 hits and 68 shots blocked for the season. 12th in points by defenseman, 27th in hits, and 20th in shots blocked.

S22 saw the hits come back, without sacrificing the points. Scoring 5 goals, 29 assists for 34 points. With 159 hits and 56 shots blocked. Bojo won the Turd Ferguson for most PIMs in the league. He was also t-19th in points for a defensemen, 3rd in hits, and t-34th in shots blocked.

S23 & S24 also provided great seasons for Biscuit. S23 saw Biscuit get 30 points, 159 hits(5th), and 80 shots blocked(t-5th). S24 had him get a career high 37 points, career high 189 hits(1st), and 70 shots blocked(12th).

S25 is when Bojo finally got the recognition as an all around player though. Seeing Bojo score 9 goals, 30 assists for 39 points(t-4th). He also had 114 hits and 68 shots blocked. That was good for Bojo to receive a Scott Stevens Nomination as well as a 3rd All Star Team.

S26 Bojo settled back into his normal season. With 35 points(t-12th), Bojo kept on racking up hits and shots blocked. With 178 hits(4th), 63 SB(25th). Bojo was consistently a top 15 player in defense points wise, an elite hitter, and a good shot blocker.

S27 saw Bojo get his first 40+ point season.Scoring 8 goals, 32 assists for 40 points(t-5th). He also had 151 hits(10th) and 63 shots blocked. For that, he earned 1st All Star Team, but no other nominations. S28 saw Bojo reach a career high in points. Scoring 11 goals, 30 assists for 41 points(6th). Bojo also had 126 hits and 52 shots blocked to go along with it. S29 came along and he pretty much replicated S28. Scoring 8 goals, 30 assists for 38 points. 134 hits and 61 shots blocked. He approached a decade of 100+ hits, and every season above 50+ SB.

S30’s Bojo was pretty much the same, however as regression hit, the less hits he got.
S30 started off strong for him. Getting 36 points, 131 hits, and 60 shots blocked.S31 was the last season he reached 40 points. Getting exactly 40 points, collecting 121 hits and 79 shots blocked too. However, that was the last time he reached 100+ hits in a season.
S32-S35 saw a reduction in TOI compared to his peak seasons. Regressing harder and harder, his hits took a hit. Only getting 67,51, 10, and 41 hits in those seasons. Offensively he settled into an around 30 point scorer. Scoring 32,31,29, and 27 points respectively. For shots blocked however, he remained the same. With 60,65,67, and 67.

S36 would be Bojo’s last season in the league. With the lowest minutes in a season in his whole career. Bojo only had 15 assists for 15 points. 80 hits and 60 shots blocked to end his career.

Finishing in S36, Bojo was lauded as one of the best two-way and defensive defenseman of his day. Finishing with 858 GP, he had 94 goals, 467 assists for 561 points. He amassed 1945 hits, and 1120 shots blocked. The 561 points is good for 6th in points by a defenseman. His 1945 hits was good for 4th, and his 1120 shots blocked was 6th alltime by defensemen. He was also 1st in PIMs with 1475. Only one Scott Stevens nomination was a disservice, however that's what they awards committee decided at that time. When creating the Bojo Biscuit Award we all know today. Bojo won the votes. A more underrated defenseman, Bojo tops out at 56 on the list of top 75 players of the SHL
