Yes I know I could make more on another team, that doesn't bother me.
No I don't want to play anywhere else. My roots are too deep here as it is and given that I kind of double as GM I should probably stay.
No I don't really know how that all works but I'm ok with it. It's fun!
Yes I know that doesn't make sense but they pay me GM money as well! Who? The team owners I guess or maybe from head office? They're a pretty cool bunch over there that's for them to figure out. All I know is that I'll do whatever is best for the team. I think that's pretty reasonable.
Yes I'll be home for supper. Spaghetti? Yeah that sounds great. Can we have garlic bread? Sweet. Love you too mom.

After a season riddled with weird encounters with those that have entered the afterlife, Rence finally calls up one the ghost hunting shows to come out and film in his apartment. One of the hosts immediately curls up and starts convulsing and speaking satanic verses in Canadian French upon entering Rence's bed room. After safely extracting their co-host, the other two hosts return with a Ouija board and are astonished as the message "Pucks Deep, Pucks on Net" is repeatedly displayed by the entity controlling the board. They decide to bring an exorcist to cleanse the room, but even he was chased away by the most terrifying ethereal entity he had ever encountered, Bob Probert. The cast and crew are astonished that they have actually found a place with genuine supernatural activity after years of faking it. News outlets quickly picked up the story and made it official: Rence's bedroom was the proof of the existence of ghosts and life after death. Go figure.

Well the PTs have made it look like these visits by ghosts are actually a good thing, though I am sure it would scare the shit out of me. But if this series of visits have actually paid some dividends should we really be considering moving or getting an exorcist in the house? I may argue that staying and keeping your mouth shut would be the best way forward in this situation.

I do not remember all the prompts, but could you imagine someone coming to you and saying "Hey I have been seeing all these dead hockey players in my dreams and they are showing me things that are helping my career". You would probably think I need some sort of counseling myself. So I would probably just continue living in this house and attempting to reap the benefits of it.

Now that being said, I feel like this is the start of some movie. A guy gets these supernatural things, but then later it haunts him. Or they ask him to kepp a dictator or something. One way or another I think this will end up badly. So maybe I should sell the place.

My player have an agent, Olivier Ferland, someone who have a really good reputation and take care of a lot of players from the region of Québec.
I needed him this season to negociate my new contract, and with the season I had it was easy to get what I wanted and what I deserved. One of the best goalie this season and the best in the playoffs so far.
So I got my 6M contract and some bonuses tied to my performance in the playoffs and during the regular season for the next 2 years.
My agent is a friend of my parents so it's really easy to talk to him and we have a good relationship together. I think he did a great job for me for all the contracts I needed to sign so I'm really happy with him. He's not that young, but my career won't last 15 years so I will probably be able to keep him until my retirement, if he want me.

Option 1:

The news is in, Ace Lightning bought a haunted house. The signs were all there, and it wasn't affecting his career on the ice, but those sleepless nights talking to ghosts have taken it's toll. Ace is not a people person and would like to speak to as little of them as possible, so contacting a real estate agent is off the table. So he calls his old childhood friend "Burney" to call in an old favour, after he saved his sister from drowning or whatever. Burney arrived with a stack of matches and some wood and they decided to burn this 3 million dollar house to the ground, in order to save the world from the evil ghosts. Unfortunately, it did not work, and they would have known that if they had seen any horror movie, so now Ace lives in a tent on the property and still talks to these dang ghosts.

Oh this is a good prompt. Look, I'm gonna be honest. I like ghosts. Especially when they're the ghosts of anchorage armada players past . You know the only ones that ever experienced actually winning? Well to steal a line from a movie, if you build it they will play sim hockey.

So I'm gonna build a sim-arena for all the ghosts to play sim hockey and ghosts like Cup Noodle and Spack Jarrow and Rotti and Pablo Salvatici and Tokkulu Lakkamaa and Cole Carter will show up and start slangin puck around talking about the good ole days.

Once we got em going and learning that they can't actually block shots and how to adjust to that, we'll start selling tickets for the Anchorage Apparitions... Hopefully we'll make enough cash that we can use it to build an actual new stadium for the flesh and blood boiz. And afford Gabe's buyout..

Option 2: My agent is called Bjork and I got him as an agent, because he was recommended to me by my mentor, Anders Christensen, who had him as an agent for all his professional career and he was the one who made sure Anders would have great working conditions, since Anders was one of the few players for Norway who made it to the SHL back in the days. These days, there is a couple of Norwegian in the league and a significant number of them have Bjork as their agent. Other than helping me with my contract negotiations with my team, Bjork has been able to get me a good amount of endorsement deal back there in Norway. Also, Bjork has been able to help me get in contact with a lot of specialist trainers over the years to help me improve some specific part of my game. We mostly talk and see each other during the offseason, since Bjork prefer to stay in Norway and he wants to let me focus on my own game when the season is on.
