Baltimore has been a great team so far. If they were to move someone, it would be me as I have the lowest TPE on the team and they could upgrade defensively.
Walt "Clyde" Frazier is the third line center for the New Orleans Specters. Therefore, it seems obvious that the first and second line centers need to be moved as soon as possible. It is only fair.
I think out of the teams on the brink of tipping one way or another, the days of reckoning are close at hand for Philly and New England. Their stars are aging, and while they may not be at a point to sell this season, I think they'll be there next season and it wouldn't hurt either of them to be early at the table now that Minny is mostly divested. I could see buyers being Baltimore and San Francisco; teams who have been steadily building but aren't quite to the powerhouse level yet.

Nobody should look to panic sell in my honest opinion as that is a good way to get robbed. That said I also don't think anyone should look to add at this point as unit cohesion is too important to interrupt in the back nine.
