I have no more comments here so here's a bomb ass recipe for my favorite Polish dish, Haluski:

1 head of cabbage
12oz of wide egg noodles
8 slices of bacon
1 sweet onion
1.5 to 2 lbs of kielbasa
6 Tbsp butter (unsalted)
Salt
Pepper
Garlic (minced)

1.  Get a big ass saute pan, like fucking huge.  Biggest one you can find.  Cook the bacon in there, take it out & crumble once finished.  LEAVE THE GREASE IN THE PAN.

2.  Alright chop up the cabbage and onion REAL fine, like 1/8 inch thick max.  Put all 6 tablespoons of butter in the pan, throw the cabbage & onion in the pan on med-high and cook.  Use a LOT of salt/pepper/garlic/whatever the fuck else you want.  Nothing too crazy and DEFINITELY not spicy shit.  Ew

3. Cover and cook the fuck out of it,  stir it every so often to get that good black shit off the bottom of the pan.

4.  Meanwhile, cook the noodles like normal in a big ol pot.  Nothing special.

5.  Meanwhile AGAIN, cook the kielbasa however you want.  Grilled if you're feeling fancy, stovetop if you're a basic bitch.

6.  Once the cabbage is NOT CRUNCHY ANYMORE, mix everything together and enjoy.  It's really bad for you, but delicious.  You're welcome.
