Being on NOLA, I know you were a big part of test simming and understanding the effects of different player builds for the Specters in the early days of FHM 6. After a break from the league and several changes after the switch to FHM 8, how well do you think that knowledge has translated? Has being an IIHF GM helped improve your knowledge and understanding of different adjustments you can make to improve team performance?

From my brief time in the SHL, I've had the impression that the IIHF (and WJC) are afterthoughts to a large part of the player base. Would you say my impressions so far are accurate? If they are, do you have any plans or thoughts that you’d want to try to see if it could change that?
