We are not thinking about beating you actually. We're just improving our team.

Yeah I dont get this trade either. Imo usually you have to be pretty close in quality to the team above you for something like this to put you over the top.

Strange move by a Montreal franchise that didn't have that many draftees this season to begin with. They're morgaging their future and taking a HUUUUGE risk when this trade at best puts them even with HAL and Kelowna talent wise. At best.

Thanks for the input, thing is while Joe is probably called up next season, Glover and Dodds may not be. Hardly morgaging our future. Our team is now stronger for the playoffs in which anything can happen, past seasons have taught us this. We are happy with our strong rookies this season to keep developing well and happy with the picks we still own to compliment that.

Good luck lol

A 2nd, 3rd and 1st in juniors is a ton for players that won't make any different but hey nice move

Easy there passive agressive Patty. If you believe its the right trade you dont have to explain yourself to me now.

You might have to answer to me, and others, if you miss your two season cup window and the team falls back into that same state of mediocrity you've inhabited for god knows how long

Wow... It's really not that big of a deal guys. Obviously we have to play the games and see what happens. Should make the playoffs more interesting at the very least.

The fact that you're still in this thread seems to suggest you feel otherwise

If we could predict what happens in the sim basd on rosters your point would make sense, thing is with STHS anything can happen....
