There are a couple ones available because they released the script. I used to play on RSCEmulation, and even made my way up to being a mod on it. Played that for a couple months and got busy, forgot about it
Still have 9 or 10 accounts I think, different types of stakers/skillers etc. I never got into RS2/RS3, runescape to me needed to be that 2D goodness

well, you can check Here how that looks. i don't know how succesfull they'll be with porting the full version to mobile, but i'm looking forward to see that.

Keep an eye out on any site, though. I've never encountered that much scamming anywhere apart from Runescape. As it was scammy in 07, the scams are widely popular still.
