True, also to me “lads” is also in this category

As someone midwest adjacent, I use the term "guys" for everyone. "You guys going to the store?" and "What are you guys up to?" are totally gender neutral in my vocabulary.

I mean, yes, it’s nice to get to know people but in general chances are you will need to use pronouns to refer to a person before you have the chance to become best friends.

you don’t have to “know” someone to respect them enough to use their preferred pronouns.

Have you heard about Count Chocula? I'd really like to get to know Count Chocula. Count Chocula seems like a nice person. I've seen Count Chocula on the site all the time, and probably saw Count Chocula in Discord a few times too.

So I changed the "Sex" field to Pronouns and changed the selections to:
Undisclosed
He/Him
She/Her
They/Them

If you see some people with it set to "male" or "female" right now, it's because I reused a field that was already there.. I've also added it to the registration form so new users will be asked.
