If you give $$$ for all of those things, everybody in the league will eventually have the same players because they are just doing +5 training every week. And you would have loads of players taking 500k contracts

But the money being awarded would be reduced because of the different areas they can earn money, so it still becomes difficult to earn.

@Hallsy: Hell no. People should not lose a % of TPE that they worked for. Rookies will lose like 25ish while elite players will lose like 70. Not a fair tradeoff

Ilike

If people is talking about losing TPE, I think there needs to be compensation for it, like players lose 50 TPE for 10 mil. That way, they still have that TPE BUT in order to bring it back to their build, it will need to take time, thus the ability of new players to have a light at the end of the tunnel with the lowered amount of uncapped PT and PT in general compared to last season.

The money that are compensated will only be available on that player, which means that the money can't be transferred to another player, either if you retire your player and create a new one or another player in the league.

If you retire, that money is gone.

Rookies wont get affected, its not fair for them. If we do lose TPE, we would most likely get $$$$ back also.

Doesn't matter. I'm not hitting regression, why should I lose TPE? If TPE should be removed, then everyone would have to take out all the uncapped TPE they've earned, then it's fair so everyone loses what they surpassed in their season TPE cap. If people lose a %, then it's not fair.

Training should be prize tagged by the average Salary of all players

So will anything be done about this?

- shanYe - 10-10-2012

Cut the uncapped points, unless you're recruiting.

Make twitter capped.

still don't think there should be any changes, we are not a PT league, I think what people are suggesting will increase the gap between highest earners and the lowest..

I think the answer we're really looking for is to shorten careers by making regression way sooner. it keeps the league moving faster, doesn't allow a team to be dominant for 8 seasons by keeping the same core, and forces members to try new players and not just build some superstar and then sit with them for 10 seasons.

- jkrever - 10-10-2012

if you make careers 4-8 seasons and start regression in S5 or 6 or so, the problem is avoided because by the time someone's close to maxing out, they start losing points.

the more points you have, the more you lose in regression.

This right here. :3 Also makes you work harder to stop your guy from losing points!

- Jesster - 10-10-2012

We should remake the league from S1! :o And this time save the damn files that we can use to upload in the CareerSTAT program and boom, career stats forever!

<_<

- jkrever - 10-10-2012

career stats are important, it's really unfortunate we haven't had them

- Spangle - 10-10-2012

Yes, let's add a career limit. How about 12 years and then we go back and bump regression forward a bit?
