I can understand the clerical position of how this affects people and how they do their jobs. A fine for that is more than reasonable. But, to act like this was a maliciously done move and to punish the player for it strikes me as against the spirit and intent of the rule.

I don't think HO properly factored in how this decision would make me personally feel. All of the sudden there's a free agent with higher TPE than me, what the hell guys. How am I gonna be the star of Teem Free Agent now? Personally I am outraged, if Jimmy Carter were still with us I would be going straight to him with my complaints you better believe it
