Yeahthat

Even with a down year he can't be outside of the top like 20 players

I mean 65 is low for Hallsy but you're giving him too much credit for his name. Last season he was 62nd in the league for points. 61 players had more points than him and you think he is top 20?

I don't think it's inaccurate, I just find it funny :lol:

It's not about just one season, though. It's encompassing recent play as well.

It's not just "top 100 players last year."

Gotcha. Should be Top 50 than for sure, but Top 20 is a stretch

Well according to this list he is closer to top 70 than either.

So neener neener.

Uhh well if he is in the top 20 he is in the top 50, although I think you are trying to say he is closer to 20th than 50th? I would agree with that, but I could definitely name 20 players that are better than him right now

Rice, rice, rice, rice, rice, rice, rice, rice, rice, rice, rice, rice, rice, rice, rice, rice, rice, rice, rice, Daigle?

That's a pretty solid top 20.

Schmidt is one of the better goaltenders in the league and should be one of the more valuable ones in the near future. West Kendall just needs to keep building around him and Bojo Biscuit needs to stop screening him.
YEAH BOJO!

60. (S16) D (Texas Renegades) - Maxim Horvat || -19
Grade: 14/20
Past Seasons: S20-94, S21-77, S22-51, S23-41

Starting the top-60 is Texas Renegade Maxim Horvat, who has dropped a considerable amount. This is despite improving his point total from last year and finishing with 37 points as a defenseman, +19 on the year, increased minutes, and increased ability. Did he say something to the voters to make them despise him? Is his ability just underrated? Maybe there is something under the surface which demonstrates Horvat as a horrible player. Whatever it is, we can't see it, and this guy is out of the top 50.

59. (S20) C (Los Angeles Panthers) Nicholas Pedersen || -13
Grade: 15/20
Past Seasons: S23-46

At 59 is Panther Nicholas Pedersen, another player who improved on his point totals but fell down in the rankings. It appears that the competition for the top spots has begun to get fierce, and even players who have improved seasons are not safe from getting bumped back in the rankings. Particularly with forwards. Pedersen is a young player with a lot of promise, however, and it is expected that he will bounce back despite falling off a little in the rankings.

58. (S17) D (Seattle Riot) - Vladimir Bodnar || +22
Grade: 15/20
Past Seasons: S20-78, S21-56, S22-41, S23-80

At number 58 is defenseman Vladimir Bodnar, a player who had a bit of a struggle defensively but was still able to put up a decent amount of points. Was just shy of hitting the 30 point mark once again, and only blocked 46 shots. Bodnar has been wavering a bit since being placed in the top-50 two years ago, but he still has the opportunity to climb back in the rankings as evidenced by his improvement this year.

57. (S20) RW (Toronto North Stars) - Kristian Eriksson || +20
Grade: 15/20
Past Seasons: S22-96, S23-77

At number 57 is winger Kristian Eriksson, a player who has had made great strides to improve on the list of the top-100 players. He beat his previous season's point totals by 12 points, improved his plus minus, blocked more shots, and remained a physical presence with the North Stars. While he was unable to hold off the mid-season collapse of his team, he is going to be looking to keep the North Stars in the playoffs for good this season with even more improved point totals.

56. (S13) C (Minnesota Chiefs)- Rufus Reinhart || +18
Grade: 15/20
Past Seasons: S20- 55, S21-42, S22-44, S23-74

At number 56 is Chiefs Center Rufus Reinhart. An older player, Reinhart has remained a relevant player since being acquired from the Chiefs, keeping his offensive numbers consistent (38 points in S22 and 40 points in S23) and improving an offense that simply was non-existent before he joined the team. While he fell off last year in the list, he is coming back, and could still have a couple more years of relevance before regression hits him.

55. (S20) LW (Los Angeles Panthers) - Yuri Boyka || +9
Grade: 15/20
Past Seasons: S22-97, S23-64

At number 55 is winger Yuri Boyka, a player with a lot of promise who continues to rise up on this list. His decreased point totals hurt him this year as he only jumped up 9 points, but it is clear his work ethic and talent shown in the league has impressed the voters, who continue to rank him higher and higher each season. If Boyka can bounce back from last season and bring his point totals back up to the level they were in S22, he will be a top-50 player next year.

54. (S17) LW (Seattle Riot) - Chara Brojled || +34
Grade: 15/20
Past Seasons: S20- 85, S21- 83, S22-72, S23-88

At 54 is a player who had a huge jump this year, Chara Brojled. With his 37 point campaign, Brojled finally showed the league what he was made of and catapulted himself into the higher ranks of this list, but he still has a long way to go if he wants to call himself elite. Defensive play is still a bit of an issue, as he remains a minus player, and goal scoring could definitely improve for the winger, but he has the playmaking tools and hockey sense to keep getting better.

53. (S19) D (Minnesota Chiefs) - Ryan Sullivan || +31
Grade: 15/20
Past Seasons: S20-89, S21-60, S22-50, S23-84

At 53 is Ryan Sullivan, another player who took a big jump. We thought Sullivan was going to fade into obscurity after handing over the captain C to teammate Alonzo Garbanzo, but Sullivan is back at it as he is one of the top defensive producers on the Chiefs and remains a stable leader. He finished the season with 32 points, and despite his physical tools appearing to have hit their peak, he proves why he was a high draft pick in some of the plays he has made.

52. (S10) D (Texas Renegades) Logan Valentine || -1
Grade: 15/20
Past Seasons: S20-20, S21-26, S22-31, S23-51

At number 52 is veteran "village bicycle" Logan Valentine. After winning the Challenge Cup with the Rage, Valentine continued his journey to every team by joining with the Chiefs and having another solid year with the team. He led the Chiefs with 35 points, but has shown signs of decay with his advanced age. While he may be able to keep the offense going back in Texas, we don't expect his time on this list to last much longer.

51. (S18) RW (Texas Renegades) - Oliver Pettyfer || +14
Grade: 15/20
Past Seasons: S20-87, S21-41, S22-60, S23-65

At number 51 on the list is winger Oliver Pettyfer, another Texas Renegade who looked to be falling out of the voters' graces until he proved to them once again he was a top-60 player. The winger finished with 19 goals and 36 points on the season, helping the Renegades make the playoffs and acting like a solid top-6 forward alongside Hall and Velevra. He has just started to hit his prime, and he could get right back into the top-50 next year with his skills.
