Hello all,
Tonight, May 25th, will be the S53 Awards Show! Throughout the day I will he updating this post with the nominees as well as links to all nominee announcements.
The show will start around 8pm.

Now, onto our first award of the night. First, we are happy to award the Turd Ferguson Award to Shaquille Derisraka of the Toronto North Stars. The Turd is an award near and dear to my part as my own player, Oliver Cleary, has won the past two awards. Derisraka led the league with 178 penalty minutes.

The Bojo Biscuit Award is awarded to the best defensive defensemen of the season. The nominees are
Barret McCarthy of the Manhattan Rage. McCarthy, the Rage's top defender, was a force for his team. 46 takeaways to 17 giveaways, 92 shot blocks and a 60.2 CF% with a CF% rel. of 2.1. McCarthy was huge for the Rage.
Tig Murphy of the Hamilton Steelhawks. Murphy was a member of the best team in the league and he was a shining star for them. A 65.0 CF% and 40 takeaways compared to 9 giveaways pushed him over the top.
Finally, Slip McScruff of the Winnipeg Jets. McScruff is one of the two best traditional defensive defensemen in the league, the other being Andrej Doskocil. McScruff put up an impressive 261 hits and 177 shot blocks, plus 37 takeaways to earn a nom.
