Heads up, the S77 STL 2nd is technically double traded as this trade's timestamp is after STL trades their S77 2nd away and before STL gets it back. HO will take it from here
Per expansion draft rules, round 2 starts with pick 23 due to 6 compensation picks before round 2. The STL 2nd moved in the trades are S76 and cause no conflict. Sorry for the false alarm.
