TBB Late/Incorrect GM Task Appeal - lore - 05-22-2025
Greetings SHL friends,
The appeals committee received an appeal for this punishment. Upon review of the punishment and its appeal, we have determined that TBB did not complete their GM tasks by the deadline due to both leaving RFA Malte Hogberg without a contract for S82, as well as erroneously listing him as a send-down. A tender does not equal a contract, and as such the player should have been listed as unsigned so that his SMJHL team could pay him out accordingly. Therefore, we have decided to deny the appeal, and the punishment (as per rule II.B.3.e) will stand as laid out in the punishment thread.
