A teams gm has been charged with tampering the past offseason won't say who but he might be the first to get charged of :
Loss of three first round draft picks
Inability to sign any free agents for one full season (preseason to end of season)
Suspension of GM's player for entire season
$10mil fine to the team
will be active in FA and will try their best to get as many FA to make another player off run. They are also looking to add some high end picks 
Have star player Alex Smirnov on the block and should be traded before FA. 
Might be in another makeover after a quite disappointing first round exit
Will try to get younger as some of their high end talent are older and need the youth to get betterUpdate:
According to my source, the tampering charges have been laid off and the GM is given off with a Warning. The GM belongs to a eastern conference team.

I'm now more curious why this gets a warning when in the past there were harsh punishments of games suspended and the works for tampering... I wish I had all the details before making a full assessment of the issue. But at the moment with the lack of facts... I'm confused and don't like it... Wish we had more information if this rumour is in fact true.
