I might be late with this, but the '1 point' from twitter actually must be an old/outdated wording in the rules. Twitter USED to earn you 1 tpe per week up until ~Season 20, but for the last 2-3 seasons it has been changed to 200k instead of 1 tpe.
So you do 3 tweets per week, you get 200k. There are no points/tpe from twitter.

smh @ playing marcy playground, referencing their single hit song, and then playing some other marcy playground song out of nowhere in ep 1.
and also, the media graders (myself) will always encourage more brief/to-the-point podcasts.
Podcasts are paid out at $50,000 per 1 minute.... There is USUALLY a cap of 30 minutes / 1.5 mil, although we are sometimes generous and will pay out more money for people who do the ~1 hour podcasts. (Like I have, for your first 2 podcasts).
Grading so many 1 hour podcasts is just really time consuming. For a weekly podcast series, there isn't really enough to talk about (SHL-wise) on a week-to-week basis to fill an 1 hour, and can cause podcasts to go way off-topic.
I realize your music breaks are a big factor in the length of your podcasts, but I personally don't mind them, so feel free to keep doing it in this style. (3-4 songs taking up ~15 minutes with a 45-60 minute overall length)
FINALLY, have you ever actually hosted a real radio program in the past? Sounds to me like you have.
