First, I'd like to congratulate everyone in the Steelhawk organization on our first cup win in over a decade. This is monumental for us, and a big sign of the growing power of the eastern conference.

Secondly, I want to congratulate the Panthers for an absolutely stunning season and a very hard-fought series. A couple of you have already expressed your feelings, so I'm going to also offer my condolences.

Feel free to ask any questions. I'm driving at the moment and won't 've able to answer for a couple hours, but I'll get everyone.

Chemistry, to be perfectly honest. On paper, we're definitely not the strongest team in the league. We had only one player over 1000 TPE most of the season, and even now, Simons and I JUST hit that mark.

But we have good players, and I was able to find chemistry that really made the team shine. As for my personal success.. Uh, Tanner didn't really have much this season :ph34r:

Been thinking about next season for a while. Wink I'm trying to build a team that won't disappear after winning the cup. Most of our core is young and signed long-term. I plan on adding to that core, and also keeping us stocked with supporting players.

Well, as I said, most of our core is sticking around next season, so that's a start. NEW was in the unfortunate position of losing a lot of players to retirement and were forced to trade off many others in order to get a return while not being competitive. They've done a very good job with what they have.

It's a possibility, but I think that with how close the finals were, it would be way out of line to say we're a shoe-in for a repeat.

I sincerely wish we were able to share this with him. Vuro has been wonderful for us and has been great in the LR, so I can't say I'm disappointed with the way things worked out in the end, but... McKeil is a legend in this organization. We salute him, even if he's no longer with us.
