I believe I've been around the Head Office for about a season now, and my biggest surprise is that conversations actually do happen. When something comes up, we usually react within hours. There are ideas constantly thrown around, and controversies we try to find a solution for. But the biggest surprise would be how there are simply no one sided debates. Things like expansions, suspensions, and candidates for positions are never solved in one page.

I know people crap on the HO all the time, and I did so myself before. However, since joining I've noticed a lot of mature and thought out conversations. It's definitely not as bad as people think.

1: I know right? It'd be so boring without me.
2: I'd rather be lucky than good. We used up all our four leaf clovers last time. I don't care if we never even see the knock out stage again. We beat Canada to win the gold. As Ireland.
3: This season. I don't think people realize how good our roster is after all the additions we've made. We don't have a single inactive in our Top 9 offense/Top 6 defense/Goalie. All they see is the past. Which is fine. I don't mind playing the underdog with a great team.

1: Oy, that's a tough one to answer. I think Wert has the best chance. He has the best TPE, and will provide a good sniper role to the third line. However, Gibbs/Wagner may have a larger defensive role than they think. Could provide them even more opportunities.
2: We have so many to choose from!
- Arrowny, Clyde
- Birkavs, Roberts
- Pettyfer, Oliver
- Lahey, Jim
- Maximova, Maria
- Flow, Tony
Now, the rookies will stay down, so I'll check them off. Arrowny will be more of a depth player. Birkavs and Petty will compete for top forward, but Lahey has a biggest role as defenseman. I'd say he'll be the biggest piece to have this season, just because our defense is lighter than offense.

1: What an odd situation in Minny. Lots of people retiring/possibly leaving. I'm trying my best to avoid a scenario like that. Willems is the only old fart in the team, but he'll stay for a bit longer. Birkavs will likely finish off his career in WKP. But other than that our team is mostly S18 and up, so I think we'll be in good position for a while. Plus Bojo will never retire. :D

3: McDoodle is clearly the third line leader with the noobs (Wert and Federov) joining the fray this season. McDoodle's giant leadership ability would boost him to the first line if he could take a shot that didn't look like he was dumping the puck. But Wert and Federov are going to be super cool, too. Wert, former 2nd OA pick has been improving at a fast rate while Federov continues to be a steal of the draft.
