A Thanks to GM's of the Past </div>First off, we would like to thank Alex and FourFour for their amazing work as Renegades GM/Co-GM. Arguably, in my eyes, the best work done last year under the circumstances, they did a fantastic job of leading this team to within one win of a SHL finals berth.
So first of all, a big round of applause to that dynamic duo for bringing us to where we're at today.

What qualities the next Renegade Co-GM needed to have. </div>In my search, I was looking for somebody who had been a true Renegade for a long time and had paid their dues. I was looking for somebody who shared similar ideologies to me in the sense of how to run the team, and the future outlook.
More importantly, I was looking for somebody with the experience necessary to help continue our success in this league. This person had to be widely respected around the league, and bring an essence and aura of confidence around with him.
I was looking for somebody who could embody what I want the Renegades to be. A loyal, passionate, charismatic and respected franchise.

The Decision Process </div>Immediately after I was chosen I began to think of who I wanted to run the team with me. I needed somebody who wasn't going to oppose me on my ideas and who was just as big of a beauty negotiations wise. Someone I could trust with the team if I ever went on vacation or to handle a crisis.
We had so many great candidates in our locker room and it was extremely difficult to pick just one. From guys like Kinsler, BBP, Boon, BigTittySmitty and several others who have both paid their dues as Renegades and as members in this league. To pick one was difficult.
The reality is, in this team we discuss everything together. Although I act as a figure head and participate in negotiations, we're all on the same page. But somebody needed to have the official title.

The Man for the Job </div>In Season 5, I was awarded an expansion franchise. By Season 6, I had found myself in the finals against the other Expansion Team, manned by none other than this charismatic character.
From the beginning of my time in the SHL, this member has been prominent, respected and loved by the community. I came to admire so much what he did throughout his several years as the head of the Minnesota Chiefs, and thought of him as a genius.
With his experience, loyalty, dedication and extremely close relationship I share with this man, including our love for everything women ( :lol: ), I've decided that the best man to help me build this dynasty is no other than:

I can't wait to work with Deener moving forward into a new era of the Renegades. Its really something cool that now the two expansion GMs from S5 (20 seasons ago) who had an incredibly intense rivalry are now working together. I always felt like there was no other GM that I had a rivalry with since theres something about coming into the league at the same time with a clean slate and seeing who could come out on top. Now I get to work with my former GM rival and that is going to be super fun.
Thanks to Deener and the Renegades. I can't wait for what were going to do.
