One of my recruits cant create a player because his verification email isn't sending. Any idea why this might be happening? can someone help?

Any SMJHL Commissioner can verify someone through the ADMINCP without them needing to get a verification email.
It could be that the verification email is in their spam folder or they typed their email address wrong. But a commissioner can use the admincp to instantly verify anyone.
