so way way way into the future, say my goalie would be regressed for fucking ever into my 16th season. and i fell to or under the 350 tpe mark. would i allowed to then go back to the SMJHL?

No, players are only SMJHL eligible for 5 seasons then age out

No. Regression isn't harsh enough here to do that if you keep updating most likely anyways.

As Eggy said, you're only allowed in the SMJHL your first 5 seasons. They added a rule exactly for this reason, because inactives were dropping off SHL teams and SMJHL GM's were just picking them up.
