-For all SMJHL ROOKIES each milestone is worth 1 TPE and there is a maximum of 6 TPE to be claimed from milestones
-For all send downs each milestone is worth 1 CAPPED TPE, and there is a maximum of 6 Capped to be claimed from milestones
-The number in the milestone counts for the milestone (12 or more, 20 or less--12 or 20 would count for those)
