1. Definitely being able to work with the newer members and help them out. Getting started can be pretty tough and i am happy to help them out with anything they need.

2. I think being able to provide a fun LR, When i Co Gm'ed in Montreal for a season my main goal was to start a lot of activities in the LR for the team to participate in and have fun.

3. I still have a lot to learn about linemaking, but i think most GM's do.

4. Someone who is head gm material. Someone who is active, mature, and fun to be around. I have a few names in mind so we will see what happens in the coming days.

5. For me, to learn as much as possible. For the team, i want to get a lot of fun members and start the foundation for the Mammoths to be successful for seasons to come.

I kinda just wanted some time away to help fix my reputation. Most people who had issues with me, ive talked to and we are on good terms, but there will always be people who hate me. Esa has been great a gm, and ive been pretty active ever since he was promoted. I am trying to post more outside of the LR, but its something i never did a lot before everything happened. But it is something i am trying to work on.

Will you take an aggressive style in managing, where it comes to trades and signings, or will you reply more on the SMJHL Entry Draft and keep the ball with homegrown players?

Ideally, due to the nature of the smjhl, 2 seasons. But it will all come down to how we draft this 1st season.

My GMing style is on the aggressive side, but in the smjhl, you have to rely on the draft, and thats what im planning to do.

preferably a team with strong defense and goaltending, but it will all depend on the kind of players we draft.

I understand where you are coming from completely, I gained a reputation as a hot-headed shit disturber and am still trying to shed it myself, taking a step back but having no issue with disturbing shit if I feel it is warranted.

There are a few on the site whom I have made peace with and it has been nice, a few whom I have a rocky relationship at best and a few I am doubtful I will ever have any respect for but you can only do what you can.

Esa is a class GM and the fact he has helped guide you a bit, ending up with a junior team shows a GM that knows how to talk to his players and get the most out of them. Looks great on both of you.
