Anyways in the junior you should be able to put points anywhere you want instead of being forced to upgrade whatever gm can afford. should be able to progress YOUR game not whatever is best for the junior team. i support this suggestion

I was just curious why it wasn't concurrent across both leagues. If the Jr. GMs don't want to do it that way, then they don't have to. Not too big of a deal.
