I was excited to be drafted by Buffalo but at the same time was upset to leave Hamilton which I've called home for so long and I've gotten to know a lot about them and developed a lot of friendships. But I'm excited to start my new journey with my new team and so far it has been really great. I cant wait to help this team rebuild to a championship contending team.

It's a big step being having a lot more ice team in Buffalo compared to what I had in Hamilton. I'm a little nervous due to the pressure of a bigger role on the team and i little relaxed due to the fact that Buffalo is in a rebuild and gives me some time to improve.

Just to be the best Defenseman I can be maybe rack up some more points and become more offensive for the team due to my points being really low the past seasons. I just going to try my best to win games personal stats aren't that important to be to be honest.

(You planning on spending rest of your career in Buffalo?)
I wouldn't say my whole career at least not yet I mean I did just join the team but I will be staying long-term since I made that committment to Brandon before I was even drafted by him. I hope to be an important part of the team long term.

What is your favorite way to celebrate a goal?
I score goals? No but in all seriousness I'm a huge soccer fans so proably the knee slide celebration.

I was really surprised I mean I had a good feeling Iwas going to Buffalo especially Brandon Pmed me and seemed to show a lot of interest in me in a player but being drafted 2nd made me feel honored.

Yes I feel being an expansion team we have a lot of roster spots for free agents who want to be top minute players and plus everyone loves new and shiny things. also im going to take this time to address how everyone is saying that Portland had a better draft than us because they drafted to be good now while Brandon is thinking about the future. we will see who is better a couple seasons down the road.

Okay so my original plan before joining Buffalo was test Free agency in offseason and most likely resign with Hamilton but since joining Buffalo and talking to Brandon I will sign a long term extension as soon as possible.

Since our team may not be on terms with other teams in the SHL the best I can hope for is 4th (sounds like me watching Liverpool) but I wouldn't be entirely upset about missing the playoffs but of course I hope we do.

Yes as long as I'm happy with who my teammates are and I'm having a happy time playing hockey the I'm glad to stay the long haul.
<!--QuoteBegin-Jesster@Aug 3 2015, 02:24 PM What do you think of the city[/quote]
It's warmer than Hamilton which isn't saying much
