How many hours a week do you usually have free? (ie. 1, 3, 6+, etc.) Kinda hard to quantify that tbh, since I'm a grad student so my time isn't exactly structured like that. Maybe like 10? I dunno. What is the most optimal way of cooking a hotdog? Gotta be grilling. Boiling is fine enough though. What made you join the SHL? Back in the day, I saw a post on a forum for hockey jersey design from former league commissioner/Manhattan GM Spangle promoting the league. Decided to give it a try and ended up sticking around. If you could travel back to any point in time, what would it be and why? I think it depends on how long I'm going to be there. Like, if I have to live there I'll just pick like, the 80s or 90s. But if I'm just going back for a short time as an observer I'd love to see a lot of ancient history like Rome, Egypt, China, etc. I'd love to see what actually happened and hasn't been recorded. If you had to give a 30 minute lecture from memory what topic would you choose? I feel like there are a few. Maybe something related to soccer, like tactics/formations. Or Old Republic-era Star Wars lore, although my memory might trip me up on specifics there. What color would your lightsaber be and why? As a kid I always wanted a green one. What kind of play style are you hoping to have for your player? Somewhere between an offensive and two-way defenseman. I think I'm leaning towards a powerplay quarterback type. Of course I wear the jersey. Maybe autograph it too so they can get more money for it (assuming that actually adds value lol). Any hobbies you’ve been into lately? Been doing a lot of reading as of late. Starting reading more often a few years ago and I've tried to pick up some new books from the library every month or two since then. What is your opinion on The French? They seem cool. What is the best book you have read and why? Breakfast of Champions by Kurt Vonnegut is the first one that comes to mind. Not personally a fan but not against it. I'm sure it can be alright if it's on the right pizza. What is your Mount Rushmore of hockey? How many hours a week do you usually have free? On a normal week I have around 25, but if I'm in school it'll drop to around 2-4. What is the most optimal way of cooking a hotdog? Grilling over some charcoal in the backyard on a sunny afternoon. What made you join the SHL? I've always been interested in simulation games and character building games, this seemed like fun so I thought I'd give it a shot. If you could travel back to any point in time, what would it be and why? Probably go back to early civilizations to try and learn more about them and what life back then was like. If you had to give a 30 minute lecture from memory what topic would you choose? I would give a lecture on America during the Great Depression. What color would your lightsaber be and why? Green, because I feel like I'm very balanced mentally and emotionally. What kind of play style are you hoping to have for your player? Someone who is able to set up and follow through on the big plays. I agree happily and once it's been auctioned, I would match the amount it sold for to the charity as well. Any hobbies you’ve been into lately? Magic: the gathering. Been a long time fan and it's one of those hobbies I just can't seem to put down. What is your opinion on The French? Not exactly my favorite, but at least they're not British. What is the best book you have read and why? (Comics included) Honestly, I haven't read a book in a while and I can't remember any off the top of my head. What made you join the SHL? I was curious about this alternate type of hockey simulator. If you could travel back to any point in time, what would it be and why? Season 1 in the SHL so I could be at it from the very beginning.  If you had to give a 30 minute lecture from memory what topic would you choose? Have done this a few times. Hockey, vehicles, mechanics, gaming, maintenance, fabrication... could easily choose any of these. What color would your lightsaber be and why? Ultraviolet.
