We received an appeal from St. Louis with regards to the punishment set
here . We have decided, due to a lack of evidence to suggest that there was no wrongdoing, that the appeal has been broadly denied. However, we have also found no evidence that the illegal lines breached the 34 game threshold to raise the punishment to a $4 million fine due to the inactive dates of simulation being 05/01, 05/02, 05/03, and 05/04, we are lowering the fine to $2 million to reflect the punishment for a 33 game or lower punishment.
