The "GM" acronym in this case doesn't specifically mean General Manager, although it does include most general managers. In this case, it means Global Moderator, which is a grouping within the "Moderating Team" section of the site (found at the bottom of the forum index). I already started this series with the league's Administration, which can be found in a separate article in this section, which I am too lazy to link to. It shouldn't be hard to find. Without any further ado, let's do this thing!

Edit: You see all that above? I lied. Once I realized how many Global Moderators there were, this became just global moderators. There are no General Managers here, at least not ones that are specifically listed as only a general manager.

Ballerstorm - Thankfully you have an avatar that tells me who you are. Randy Randleman from the Kelowna Knights (I'm assuming you're still there). I also recognize the name from another league, so I've definitely seen you around, but I'm not sure that I really "know" you. This sentiment will probably ring true a lot more frequently in this grouping of individuals than it did in the administration section. It seems like you're running or helping with the rookie tournament that is going on. I haven't followed that too much, but I really respect people doing things that increase the interest of prospects in the league, I think that is one of the most valuable things that people can be spending time on. Good work!

Count Chocula - Well one of your most recent posts was voting for me for the Sarmad Khan award for S24, so obviously I think you're awesome. You're my favorite global moderator, for now. I see that your player is Chester Cunningham for Toronto. Chester Cunningham. Count Chocula. Do you have a thing for CC names? I can get behind that, I tend to have MM names (just not here). I see you post a lot of graphics as well. You should probably make more black goalie sigs with the name Jackson Weekes on them. I think that would be the best way for you to get better, no agenda here.

fever95 - Hi fever. You were a part of the greatest team of all time, the Portland Breakers. I'm sad that team doesn't exist anymore. Your player, Carter O'Callahan, was one of the league's best when I joined the SHL. I don't think he's quite as elite anymore. Perhaps from the talent around the league or regression, I don't know, but I don't see the elite status as much. I don't see you posting much outside of updating Callahan, so I'm not sure how active you are. You were the driving force behind my creation here, part of my inspiration. I got hints from you about how to build and how to create by asking you about McBride while I was still undercover. I want to be better than McBride.

FourFour - Back to back names that I recognize? This is nearly unprecedented. I think we got into it when I first joined the site. I don't remember what it was about anymore. You always have the best media articles. They are always filled with research and stats and numbers, etc. Always very informative and entertaining. You've said you're kind of stepping away from the SHL, that is kind of sad. You're the one goalie in the league that I consider to be better or at least equal to me. It is a shame how limiting the goalie position is because I think it would be fun to be on the same team with you, but alas, two goalies can't play at once and that would be so much wasted talent. Instead, I'll have to settle for trying to best you. I took away that save percentage record that you shared with Prikulis this year, sorry about that. I hope you do stick around the SHL and maintain that same level of activity. You keep the media section entertaining and you give me a star to keep chasing. I'm running out of goalies to go after.

jaladolar - Let me just get this out of the way - you left me with a shitstorm in the VHL. I don't appreciate that very much, but don't worry, I strong-armed my way out of it. I don't know what the heck you were thinking. Also, I think you went about things really weirdly, but to each their own. Anyway, here you seem to be a reasonably decent member. You're putting up 7M towards winners of different criteria in that Beer Championship tournament that is going on, which seems like a pretty nice thing to do for primarily younger players and members. You seem like you're probably a pretty useful and helpful member, my vision is just somewhat clouded by the weird VHL exit. Anyway, if you want to get rid of more money, send it my way.

Kylrad - Well, first off you have a super old avatar showing up for me. It says you're a member of the Los Angeles Panthers. I've been with the Panthers for 5 seasons and you haven't been on the team, so that means you really need a new avatar! You haven't posted many new topics in a long time, the last one coming in May. That would be true for me too before this recent media blitz though, so I understand that. However, one of your more recent topics was the S19 SMJHL Draft. You need to post more lol. I don't know how you're a global moderator, it doesn't seem like you could be doing much, at least not in public. That's right, I'm calling you out. Anyway, I think you signed some massive deal a couple of years back right? I think that is where I remember the name from, some 20M or more deal that is the basis for my free agency plans this year. If I go to a less competitive team, I'll accept no less than you. Thanks for the motivation!

The weird thing is though, I feel like I didn't really know you were in the SHL, which is silly, of course you are. I have no idea who your player is or what team you're on, but you're a global mod, so you must have done something right at some point. Wait! I remember seeing your name when I was checking rosters for free agency. I know that I included you in my free agency ranking article. Your name is Sean (right?) Leonidas (real original, using your username in your player name [wait I did that shutup]), but I can't remember now who you play for. I don't think it was a team high on my list, but I think you were a positive for that team. I like you. Kiss?

Mac - I've seen the name around. I looked at your gaming club thread, but I don't play games on PC. Also, congratulations on being the new Head PT Director! I bet you'll do a good job with this post, based on absolutely nothing. I'm just taking a leap of faith on you because I can. So don't let me down. I don't know for sure, but I'm making another leap and assuming that because you have an interview topic with someone named Dean, and I only know one Dean in the SHL, you must be Dean Colt. Which sounds like Steve Holt. So I say Dean Colt in the same manner and throw both fists in the air. You've seen Arrested Development right? If no, I take back what I said about being a great Head PT Director.

raymond3000 - I have no idea who you are. I got your player name and team (Kristian Eriksson, Toronto North Stars) from your recent posts in activity check. However, I don't know anything else about you. At this point in this article, I'm hitting a wall. Why the hell are there so many global moderators? There is no way that you guys all have enough stuff to do around this site, just no way. There are still like three more to do also! What do you guys do all day, sit in the Global Moderator break room and drink coffee? Play with yourselves? Maybe you don't all moderate, maybe the "Moderating Team" link is just misleading or out of date, but it seems like there are too many of you green guys.

RomanesEuntDomus - I joined the Germany team because of you (and because Colin Schmidt forced my hand in leaving Canada). yeah i don't post many topics. as for the reasoning for me being a global mod, is because it's tough to give permissions to someone who is both an updater and banker, without giving them global mod permissions. so it's just easier to give those people global mod permissions.
