Maxy is a great GM, top-3 is debateable imo. He needs to focus on character before he can just strictly draft by talent imo.

I'm the worst GM in the league to many people
 but yeah Maxy's a good guy and I've said before if I ever had just a player and went into the draft, he'd be one of the first guys I'd wanna play for
