I've only had 2 players ask out HFFO and +Minus, HFFO both because they didn't like someone on the team (And not the same person )

Talent does not equal success is my point. Once again I'm not arguing I'm a successful GM to this point.

And that wasn't an example of strawman fallacy. It was using a prior argument as a reasoning that not everything can be broken down statistically when it comes to something like skill.
