Yeah. RFA and two-way contracts have been unused for a long time now, but they're still posted in the rulebook. The precedent the head office has set is that they enforce the rules as written, but will rework the rules after if it's clear they're flawed. I fully support either a reform or at least more use in terms of RFAs, but that doesn't change that this instance is governed by the rules currently in place.
