Hello guys and girls,

First I want to thank Grimmster and the league for this opportunity. It truly makes me happy to know I have the power to make all of you happy and having a good time with clearly communicated, fresh and quickly graded PT's.

Secondly, I have been looking for someone for the position of Assistant PT director, I did not open applications because I had to look myself for this person. I needed someone whom I get along well with, shares the same ideas I have, is relaxed and easy going and is up for a laugh when we are swamped with the workload by getting in a chat and powering through.

It is unfortunate for myself that Grimmster has stepped down, as when we worked together and communicated properly and I lie the blame solely on myself there, that we managed to get championship week up in only two hours after the Cup was won. That sort of co-worker is what I sought and the person I have chosen stepped up for me when I was swamped, truthfully, the mock draft by myself I could not do inside of a week as badly as I wanted to.

This person along with another whom I sincerely regret not being able to hire as well, Syckez, without being asked upon hearing me say this, helped grade nearly all of it in one night.
It became clear then, that this person is who I want working alongside me.

That person is non other then, TheNextGreatOne, Connor O'Reilly.

The dedication and drive he has shown in his role as a banker, updater and now assistant PT Director and what it does for this leagues function is remarkable.

I look forward to working with him.

And lastly, I have gotten some amazing applications so far and it is going to be hard choosing only two of you. Best of luck, we will notify who when we decide. Also, their is a lesser amount of graphics apps the written so if you are interested, please apply I consider everyone from the oldest member to the newest recruit. It's not about tenure, it's about finding the right person for the job and I believe I have done that here today.
