Most of the people that have claimed for S30 are around 4 or 5 TPE, and that's more than the 1 day of TTC at 3 TPE.

Maybe what we do is scale down TTC and limit it to rooks and sophomores. Put it at 15 TPE for rooks, 9 TPE for sophomores, then have it be milestones uncapped the rest of the career to truly balance out the amount of uncapped given. Still gives a sizable bonus to entering the league, but doesn't overinflate the TPE market
