Questions About TPE and player roles in the SHL

I've seen some complaints from others about the effort required to have a serviceable player in the SHL. I'm not prepared to make any judgments myself on this issue. Rather, I'd like to ask the most experienced members in the community how much TOTAL TPE is required to produce a player at various levels. Please don't post that it varies. Of course we know that your actual mileage may deviate from the test results. What is the rough TPE range for these levels for an player that can perform at the expected level of play?

TPE required for a superstar?

TPE required for a 1st line forward / 1st defense pairing?

TPE required for a 2nd line forward / 2nd defense pairing?

TPE required for a 3rd line forward / 3rd defense pairing?

TPE required for a 4th line forward / 7th defenseman or stop-gap 3rd defense pairing?

How much TPE capped and uncapped was actually awarded this past season in the SHL?

Opinions from actual SHL GMs would be especially appreciated.
