Redistributing TPE
i. You are permitted to move TPE from one or more attributes to others ONCE per season! This means that you can do it one time, no matter how much TPE you redistribute, and you must wait until the next season to do it again.

iii. Redistributing TPE costs $100,000 per TPE moved, to a max of $5,000,000 (50 TPE)
