Task #2 - Make a case for who you think deserves to win Playoff MVP.
Requirements: At least 150 words and a minimum of 2 stats.

I think as things stand right now, Vijanupatan Singh of the Detroit Falcons looks like a sure fire bet for MVP. Currently shooting at an outrageous 23.08%, Singh has been leading the Falcons offense to lead the Detroit team to the finals against the Montreal Militia. Not only has be been good at regular strength as his +/- rating is currently +1, he has absolutely blitzkrieg'd teams on the powerplay as 4 of his 7 points come when his team is up on the man advantage. Another reason why Singh is a good lock for the Playoffs MVP is because he is deployed on the ice in all situations and is a good player all around. With the most important games of his SMJHL Career ahead of him, look for the Falcons to rely heavily on their star player. Look for Singh to continue his domination of below-par SMJHL teams in the Four-Star Cup Finals where the Detroit Falcons take on the Montreal Militia.

Top 5 Potential Gamechangers in the Final

1. Beaujeaux Biscuit - Biscuit has a lot to do with his team's performance in the finals. Currently coming into the finals with a .885% save percentage, Biscuit needs to be better in order to secure his team a chance at winning in the Four Star Cup finals, or risk looking like a limp biscuit.

2. Evgueni Marmeladov - Much like Biscuit, Marmeladov has a lot to shoulder going into these Four Star Cup finals. With a current save percentage of .882%, the Falcons backstop must look to improve his numbers if he wants to keep this over-achieving Militia team at bay.

3. Connor Blackwell - The 2nd overall pick of the SMJHL draft has been pretty quiet in the playoffs thus far, just posting 1 measly assist so far while anchoring down the 4th line for the Falcons. He has been winning a considerable amount of draws as he is posted just above 57% in faceoffs won. Blackwell needs to be better offensively in order to help his team win the Four-Star Cup.

4. Tatu Mäkelä - Another Detroit rookie, the young Finnish defenceman is currently 4th in scoring for the Falcons. He needs to be an anchor for this team as the defensive depth for the Falcons falls through very quickly after the first pairing it seems like. The Falcons need Makela to play at his best to have a shot at winning the Four-Star Cup.

5. Connor Tanner - With the Montreal offence currently outpacing their regular season pace, their best player during the regular season in Connor Tanner needs to stand out and contribute more to this Militia team if they want to win in the Four-Star Cup Finals.
