AGAINST Buffalo being best managed SHL team. Bias aside, I think since ML took over Toronto, they have been the best managed team in the SHL. ML has been righting a sinking ship for seasons now and has been able to manage assets in a way that filled Toronto with talent. Toronto's rebuild has been pretty extraordinary. He went from 1 active player to over 10 in a couple seasons. All this as a pretty new GM.
