For the 2 seasons that I've been on this site actively, The Blizzards has had a rap of being awful at scouting. I remember getting drafted in the S55 class where you guys didn't bother reaching out at all until about 24h before through a message that can be summed up as: "Tell us about yourself?"
Do you actually believe this is the right way to go about scouting players for your SHL team, or are you simply not bothered much by the scouting process?
