Ehhh, it's really hard for me to say as a completely outside source, I don't know the inner workings of each and every locker room but from an outside perspective often times I find myself scratching my head at the thought process behind certain trades being made. I think Mika Mayfield is a great player, one of the better players in the league, but how much sense does it make to give up a first when the rest of your division is making playoffs over you even if you make the acquisition. Again though I can't speak to the inner workings of each locker room, maybe Mayfield is a locker room game-changer and the management in Minnesota felt as though their locker room needed a true shot in the arm in order to keep the prospects interested. ![]() ![]() |
