As you are watching the seconds tick away, you sit there anxiously waiting to score the next goal while simultaneously praying the other team doesn't score. Every single highlight pops up makes you sit on the edge of your seat either without blinking or with your eyes shut. You sit there waiting to hear the goal horn of your team. It is indeed stressful. Now a game while leading by 1. I think it really depends on the situation. If its a must win playoff game, that is stressful knowing you have to hold the lead. But leading by 1 is always a much better feeling than the other two options. Losing by 1 in a game, you already have a feeling of doubt that winning is not going to be the outcome. Watching a game while losing is not fun, but once it is over you can finally stop caring so much. So easily the most tense situation is a tie game.
