What prompted Angus McFife to develop hockey skill was mainly swordmanship, courtisanship and a mystical paladin mentoring him to fight evil across the land of Dundee. @goldentglutes is always surprised when he sees Angus practice his slapshots with a glorious hammer made of steel. Who knew goblin smashing skills would transfer so easily to ice hockey. So yeah, Angus is good with a hammer and agile with a sword, nothing can stop him. He also played tennis during his youth, which developped his traking vision and body coordination. Nowadays, now that the chaos wizards are mostly all dead (in this dimension btw, probably there are still some elsewhere) it is harder to keep up with new techniques to fight evil and repel zombie unicorn invasions. So you have to be creative. Sometimes @burloogie lets Angus practice mysterious incantations and warding spells on him, in exchange from french lesson (courtisans loved the french!). So, these are the skills Angus transfered from his old life to the new life of being a hockey player.
